Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, except for pre-orders and custom orders, which then have the shipping date mentioned directly on the listing or as agreed with the buyer. In case of unexpected delays in processing and shipping, the buyer will be notified per email.

SHIPPING RATES

  • US Shipping - Free. USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery in 2-5 Business Days

  • Currently not shipping internationally. Working on it! 

 

Once an item is in the hands of postal service NaakNook is no longer responsible for it. All shipping is sent with tracking number which is sent to the buyer via email along with the website link where the package can be tracked.

If you have any issues, and cannot get answers from your local postal service, please reach out to us by email naaknooknoserings@gmail.com, and we will do our best to find out where your package is.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided once the refund and return process has been started.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
